Q: Can I use this if I have a different brand of smart watch?
A: Right now we just make it for the Apple Watch. More watches coming soon.
Q: I have an early generation Apple Watch. Will it fit?
A: Yes. LOSS-PROOF straps fit every generation of Apple Watch ever made. Just make sure you purchase the right one (38-41mm or 42-49mm).
Q: Do I have to take the watch off the strap to charge it?
A: Nope. You can either stick the little round charger disc right to the watch through the hole in the strap, or peel-back the velcro adjustment strap and lay it flat on any charger.
Q: If the hardware is stainless steel, how can you make it black?
A: We use a nasty stinky chemical to do it. Everyone seems to have reasons to leave work early the days we blacken hardware.
Q: What is Biothane, and why did you decide to use it for this product? A: It's a crazy strong coated webbing made right here in Ohio. It's super strong and resistant to most things. It's perfect for our purposes and never seems to wear out.
Q: Will you reimburse me for my watch if it gets lost while I'm wearing this strap?
A: Uhhhhh, no. Imagine if we did. Anytime somebody wanted to upgrade or wanted a new watch, all they would do is buy a LOSS-PROOF® and claim that their watch fell off so we'd buy them a new one. Our business would be done in one day. LOSS-PROOF® won't break or fall off.

Q: Is it vegan?
A: Yes, but we don't recommend eating it.
Q: Will it help to solve global warming?
A: Yes, if you wear it while riding your bike to work.
Q: Will it get me laid?
A: Not sure, but if you do manage to get laid, it won't come off your wrist while you're doing it.
Q: What if my dog eats it?
A: You should get a smarter dog.
Q: Do you exploit child labor to make these?
A: No. We tried, but all our kids wanted to do was play video games and eat ice cream. It was not a good business decision.
Q: Will it cause cancer in the State of California?
A: Only if you smoke while wearing it.
